... get fitter, eat healthier, drink less, have fun with the kids... DAY 15



Not much time for chat today, just cold hard facts ...

Get Fitter
  • Cheeky wee hour doing at Cardio at the gym after work.

Calories burned ~ 500

Eat Healthier
  • Protein shake with banana for breakfast.
  • Nut mix for morning tea.
  • Tuna mayo and sweet corn sandwich for lunch
  • Cookie for afternoon tea
  • Steak, baked potato and broccoli for dinner.

Drink Less (Alcohol, More Water)
  • Zero alcohol.
  • 3 litres of water

Have Fun With The Kids?


The fun for the kids today was Daycare! No time for fun with Mummy. Lovely Hubby is off tomorrow and I am off in the afternoon so we will make up for it theny

    from the first day of receiving the puppy. Patience and practice

    shoes destroyed, he is really just reacting to your anger
    without understanding why he is in trouble. An integral part of standard dog instruction
    is coaching the puppy how to socialize with humans
    and animals, specifically its fellow kind. You should be able to get two fingers between your puppy's neck and the collar.
